TaoBaby came about as a result of the profound experience I had during my pregnancy, when I naturally extended my personal practice to my unborn baby within.
The results were miraculous, I found that I was able to deeply sense my unborn baby’s spirit, body and wellbeing through the gentle Taoist meditations. I proceeded with this work throughout my pregnancy and continue to do so with my baby long after her birth. The innate maternal instinct is deepened and the mother-child connection is unified even further due to the heightened awareness that the practice brings. Due to the softness of the baby’s energy, this is incredibly gentle work.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle and safe therapy, utilizing a very light touch, to eliminate restrictions and areas of stress or tightness. Cranio Sacral therapy promotes optimal shape, size, and movement of the head, spine and entire body.Birth is one of the most dramatic and traumatic journeys and experience of our lives. It influences how we view the world, shaping our personalities and our responses to the environment and our interaction with other people. For some babies, birth trauma is, occurs due to space being limited toward the end of the pregnancy, or perhaps babies head was strained and the neck was stressed during delivery, creating real pain and discomfort.This therapy helps to resolve issues from Birth Trauma and birth lesions which are defined as either a mechanical force OR psychological injury that happens near or at the time of delivery. There are many signs and symptoms of birth trauma, including hypersensitivity to sound, movement, diaper changes, etc.Other symptoms are poor sleep, irritability, poor feeding, stiffness, and lethargy / low energy or at the other extreme, hyper excitability and more.Gentle hand positioning and holding helps your baby's body relax. This assists in naturally aligning the fascias which become disturbed by the birth process. The Therapy enhances tissue memory and brings fluidity to the internal organs releasing tensions and stresses. Both reflux and colic symptoms may be alleviated, improving and promoting sleep and brain activity.Babies born vaginally are also subjective to compressive forced during the passage through the birth canal. This causes trauma in tissue and fascia. In order to function fully, the compressive forces benefit from relaxing and releasing. Tension and stuck spots can cause restrictions and imbalances in your baby's system, potentially giving rise to issues such as colic, sucking problems and respiratory difficulties.
